Remember when creating your vision boards to note what you like about each picture. I.e. ceiling details, wall color etc. Have your vision coming into
the appointment.

First choices tend to be best!
Like a final exam answer, the finishes you select first are usually the best!
Opportunity
Plenty of opportunities to upgrade.
If your choice is to upgrade, focus on area where you get the biggest bang for your buck. Backsplash, master bath, kitchen etc. What space is most important to you?
