If any final adjustments are needed, we address them promptly—weather and material availability permitting—so your home is move-in ready.
During this time, we also provide you with your Homeowner’s Manual and a pre-insulation video, giving you a behind-the-scenes look at what’s inside your walls. We’ll walk you through a full home orientation, showing you how to operate key systems and features with confidence. Additionally, we review your warranty timeline and service process, ensuring you know how to request support should any future needs arise.
